Balmain Resort 2012 - drawing
Hi all.
Did this drawing a couple of days ago.
So.. The body is not as detailed with shadows etc, but when I finally finished the amazing details on the dress, I just didn't have any energy left. Haha. :)
The colors are a little more dark than on the original dress (Balmain Resort 2012) , but I actually think the result is quite okay despite that (except from the face - I'm sorry, I am not good at drawing faces)..
Well, I hope you like it anyway. I do.
Xx. :)

Cover Drawing featured on Elle.dk
We love to do magazines for you, and therefore we are SO happy when you like them!
Today started out amazing on ELLES editing, when we received this one super beautiful watercolor by Maria Madsen, who is studying design technology at KEA.
She writes that she was so inspired by our May-Cover that she just had to draw it - Wow, she is good at it!

Just 4 Quick Sketches...
I just wanted to share with you these quick sketches I made today.
I was looking at shoes on Style.com and was suddenly inspired.
I hope to color the shoes soon, but right now I'm going to the city to check out the new Christian Louboutin Boutique (again)..
Have a great day.

The Vision Magazine - Feb. 2010
Hi all, how are you doing?
Today I had a "draw date" with one of my great friends, and this is what I did.
The original photo is from the magazine called The Vision Magazine, which I got it during Copenhagen Fashion Week in February 2010.
The beautiful bolero the model is wearing is by Valentino.
I love this photo, and thought it would make for a great drawing. What do you think? :)

Colorful Spring - Yellow
Victoria Beckham ss11
Hi all, how are you?
As you probably already know I love all the bright colors this season.
These two dresses are from Victoria Beckham and Michael Kors.
I did The Victoria Beckham dress with Ecoline and a marker
and I did the Michael Kors dress with water color and pencil.
I really think they both turned out well. What do you think?
Xx. :)

Gucci ss11 Drawing
As promised here is the drawing I made of the Gucci ss11 runway shot.
I drew it in black and white first and colored it afterwards, but I took a photo of each version just in case the black and white drawing would turn out the best.
I don't know which one I like the most. The black/white is really cool but the one in colours is just more Gucci.
What do you think? :)
Have a good night.

Handbag Drawing
Last week was such an exciting week at school.
We learned how to draw a shoe in 3D and now we also learned how to draw a handbag.
It's funny how when you've got some techniques you can pretty much draw everything.
This is the handbag i drew. I'm pretty proud of myself, cause I never thought I could learn it.
I hope you like it too. :)

My first 3D shoe
Hi everyone.
How are you?
Long time - no see. Sorry, but I've been really busy with school and work and everything.
Well. Today at school I did my first 3D drawing of a shoe ever. OMG it was so difficult and frustrating, I almost gave up!
But I finally got it done and I think it went out really well. I mean, you can definitely tell it's a shoe, so who cares if the toes are suppose to be a bit longer. I know I don't. :)
Now I just really have to practice so I don't forget how I did it.
Hope you like it too.
Have a nice day. :)

The Future - Shoes
Hi all.
Hope you had a great day.
Today I designed these two shoes inspired by the mood board I did yesterday.
When I did the top drawing I wasn't sure if I should keep the blue heel, plateau and collar or if I should use silver paint on top. So actually I made them both.
But I think the one with the silver turned out the best so that's the one I posted.
The shoe with the big collar is inspired by Dora Mojzes' dress.
I think both of them turned out really well.

Futuristic
Hope you all had a great weekend!
I had a good weekend except from the fact that I fell and hurt my back saturday.
So now it hurts everytime i breath. That sucks.
Well. These two drawings are also inspired by the mood board "Golden Fire". They have the same silhouette and round end heel as the McQueen shoes, but these are just a tad more futuristic I think. Mainly because of the crack of the heels and the "collar" that goes up on the ankle.
The black one I did with a black pencil and then a black marker on top.
The shoe with the gold heel and plateau I first drawed with black and curry pencils and then I painted black and gold paint on top.
I really like how they turned out.

Golden Fire - Inspiration
Model: Abbey Lee, Shoes by Alexander McQueen, Painting: "Skriget" by Edward Munch
I tryed to make a mood poster the other day, and I think it actually went well.
I get really inspired by McQueen and his wonderfully weird univers. I just love it.
So here are two booties I painted after making this mood board.
When I did these drawings I was inspired by the McQueen silhouette with the round end heels.
The top ankle boot is inspired by the fire and flames, the colours and the movements in the wind.
The gold bootie is inspired by.. Well the gold McQueen shoes in the mood board. I did this drawing by a mix of a curry coloured pencil and finger painting with gold paint.

My Red Love
I'm gonna start with something pretty simple. Like this red pump.
I really like the chunky black heel and the hidden plateau.
I drawed it the 4th og Jan (2011).
I think the hole reason why I drawed this red shoe was because I really need a red shoe! And as they say: "Necessity is the mother of invention".
And I mean, they are no where to be found in Denmark right now. I really think that's a shame, cause the red shoe is classic!
Everybody should have a pair in their wardrobe. And I'm still looking for mine.
Do you like it? Tell me what you think.
